For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer:

1.3 Self-collection

Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.



2. DELIVERY

Depending on the scope of your order, shipping will be made by Deutsche Post/DHL or UPS. We ship to DHL Packstations with DHL. We ship worldwide. The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table below.

Each shipping option includes a tracking number.



3.2 Shipping abroad

Please note that cross-border deliveries may incur additional costs and/or charges, for example in the form of customs duties, which are to be borne by you.



4. DELIVERY TIMES

Information on calculating the delivery date

In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins to run on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day shall be replaced by the next working day.



4.1 Delivery time within Germany:

The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If, as an exception, an article is not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be pointed out separately on the respective product page.



4.2 Delivery time within Europe:

The delivery time is five to seven working days. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If, as an exception, an article is not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be pointed out separately on the respective product page.



4.3 Delivery time world:

The delivery time worldwide is a maximum of 30 working days



4.4 Exceptions

Under special conditions or in exceptional situations, longer delivery times may occur.
